Returns Policy
Please be aware of the terms and conditions of our returns policy.
- Giovanni Coffee will not offer product returns on any coffee making equipment including coffee machines, grinders or brewing equipment.
- Giovanni Coffee will not offer credits or refunds on coffee or tea products unless they can be verified by us as being defective in any way.
- Giovanni Coffee will offer credits or exchanges on accessories if the goods are faulty, do not fit the intended purpose or do not match the product image or description on our website.
- You must retain your receipt of purchase. Giovanni Coffee will offer you an exchange or credit on the accessories if the item is returned unused, is in its original packaging and is in good condition. We reserve the right not to offer an exchange or credit on accessories without presentation of the receipt of purchase, or if the accessories have been used or should the packaging not be in good condition.
- An exchange or credit will only be offered if the accessories are returned within 1 month of the purchase date and that goods are in the original packaging.
- Any exchanges or credits for returns will be offered at our discretion.
